Cookin in the Rain With the KettlePizza

Posted on Updated on

Have you tried using your Weber Kettle Grill in the rain?  How about heavy wind?  Well, my experience has been that when the rain and wind interact with the charcoal, grey coal dust covers your food.  No fun.  With the KettlePizza your food is protected from both the rain and wind.  I like to use a skillet in my KettlePizza where I cook fish, veggies, steak tips, BBQ just about anything I can think of.   Using the pizza pan I like to cook cookies.   Since the lid stays on for the whole cooking process my food is protected from the elements.  It’s not just for pizza!
