Hi, It’s made for the Webers but will work with any 18.5, 22.5 or 26.75″ kettle grill.

I just got a WSM22 for Father’s Day and saw this ( http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/grilling.html ) for grilling on the WSM, so I was wondering if you think that mod with the kettlepizza will work?

I don’t really. The flame is going to be too far away from the dome with the smoker in my opinion, however I have not tried it myself. It will fit the unit.

Al, George…I am ready to order; however, is the status of mfg. catching up? I am not in a hurry and would rather buy direct from you gentlemen. If you will be considering a web site to accomplish this using maybe Paypal, etc. that would be great. My plans are for Labor Day weekend? Please advise and your thoughts.

      Hi,

I just opened up international shipping on Amazon.com. Shipping is a bit pricey but we are happy to ship to you!

Hi, measurement wise, to purchase the right kit my Weber is 22.5″ outside lip to outside lip. If the unit sits inside on the grill do you order a 22″ or 22.5″? that 1/2″ is a 1/4″ each side.

Hi – the 22’s are for the 22.5″ webers.

    Hi Al,

Any thoughts of making something to go on a gas grill? Please?

I currently make pizza on my weber gas grill. I’m happy enough with the bottom of my pizza, but need more heat on top. I’ve been considering making a brick dome to go inside, but you’ve obviously hit the nail on the head with the KettlePizza. I’m sure that something similar would work on gas.

    Thoughts?

We received our Kettle-Pizza Friday and test fired Saturday evening. Shortly after putting the lid on the fired charcoal and wood chunks with pizza stone, the temperature was ‘pegged’ past 700F! The first pizza got pretty badly burned on the bottom despite vigilence. We adjusted the Weber Vents (closed them) and waited for the temperature to drop towards 700F. The second and third were more under control, crisp crust, cooked ingredients. We look forward to working our way down the learning curve and eating the mistakes.

The ‘kit’ was well packed, easy to assemble and we are impressed with your ingenuity and execution.

Incredible. Dialed in the oven tonight. Got over 900 degrees on combination of mesquite charcoal and wood. Pizza was better than any I have had anywhere. Including Mugniani Ovens and my favorite Pizza Ghibellini in Firenze. My dream has been answered. I can produce as good a product anywhere I can take my Weber. Genius. Absolute genious. The Tailgate is going to rock next weekend. Thanks Al. I posted a bunch of pics on Fbook. You should be getting orders from my kin and friends. I will get the YouTube vid up STAT. Well done.
